
Nairobi Mission Resumes Work/Handout Photo
(NAIROBI) – The Embassy of South Sudan in Nairobi has announced it will resume normal services after a short break caused by internal administrative changes. Services will be fully available from Thursday, 13 November 2025.
The Embassy said the brief closure affected services for South Sudanese citizens, students, businesspeople and travellers in Kenya. It apologised for any inconvenience and thanked the public for their patience and understanding.
Officials said the administrative issues have now been solved and the Embassy is ready to provide efficient consular services, protect citizens’ interests, and strengthen cooperation between South Sudan and Kenya.
The Embassy encouraged South Sudanese in Kenya to use official communication channels for appointments, questions, or help. It also thanked the Kenyan government for support and the media for helping share accurate information.
