(JUBA) – MTN South Sudan has launched a weekly promotional offer aimed at boosting digital access and customer engagement. Every Sunday, users with a minimum airtime balance of SSP 500 can enjoy a bundle that includes 500MB of data and free access to MTN TV via the myMTN mobile application.
The campaign, branded under hashtag #YelloSunday, is designed to encourage subscribers to use the myMTN App, which provides account management, bundle activation and digital services.
The service is available via the myMTN App or by dialling the shortcode 1004#, giving users a simple way to activate the offer and start streaming.
At the current exchange rate of $1 = 4,600 SSP, the cost of the bundle (SSP 500) is approximately $0.11, making the offer relatively affordable for mobile users in South Sudan looking to stay connected, stream content or browse social media over the weekend.
MTN’s messaging encourages users to treat Sundays as a day for “streaming, scrolling and smiling”, positioning the bundle as a lifestyle incentive as well as a technical one.
