(JUBA) – Dominic Living Wawa, the Founder of Kikiji National Orphanage in Yei, visited Gen. Rabi Mujung Emmanuel, Governor of Central Equatoria State on Wednesday to express gratitude for his support to the orphanage.
During the courtesy visit, Wawa presented an artwork with words of appreciation to Governor Mujung in recognition of his contributions to the orphanage and the welfare of vulnerable children in the State.
Mujung welcomed the gesture and reaffirmed the State government’s commitment to supporting the orphanage and other initiatives that protect and assist children in need. He encouraged Wawa to continue his dedicated service to the children under his care.
A statement from the office of the Governor said the highlights the ongoing collaboration between the Central Equatoria State government and local organisations in addressing the needs of vulnerable communities, including children who require specialised care and support.
