Access Radio Expands Digital Reach in Central Equatoria

(Yei) – Access Radio Yei 88.8 FM has integrated digital broadcasting following an environmental incident that damaged part of its electric broadcasting equipment.

Despite the setback, the station has continued to serve its audience across Yei and Central Equatoria through its newly launched internet platforms.

The digital platform aims to maintain service coverage for areas such as Kajo-Keji, Morobo and Lainya counties, offering listeners a steady stream of hyper local content.

The digital shift, while sudden, is also an opportunity to reach new audiences both locally and beyond, especially as internet access gradually improves across South Sudan.
