(JUBA ) -The Governor of Central Equatoria State, Emmanuel Adil Anthony, has issued a series of gubernatorial decrees introducing changes within state government institutions and restructuring leadership within the ruling Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLM) party structures on Monday evening.
The decrees include the relief of some officials, appointment of new leaders, and reinstatement of an administrative officer within the state government.
A. Relief of Officials:
The following officials have been relieved of their duties:

Moses Idoru Nyama – Commissioner General, State Revenue Authority

Peter Dumo Emmanuel Baya – Deputy Commissioner General, State Revenue Authority

Juma Stephen Lugga – Commissioner General, State Insurance Regulatory Authority

Capt. Godfrey Data Rembe Guya – Coordinator on Security Affairs, Kajo-Keji County
B. Appointment of New Officials:
The Governor appointed the following officials to serve in various government and party positions:

C. Reinstatement of Administrative Officer

Andrew Taban Duku has been reinstated to the State General List of Local Government Administrative Officers under the Ministry of Local Government and Law Enforcement Agency.
The concerned ministry has been directed to adjust the officer’s grade in the Nominal Roll in accordance with Local Government regulations.
Governor’s Message:
Governor Emmanuel Adil Anthony expressed gratitude to the outgoing officials for their service and dedication to the state during their tenure. He also wished the newly appointed officials success in their responsibilities as they take up their new roles in strengthening governance and party structures in Central Equatoria State.
