Governor Adil Issues Decrees Restructuring Government and SPLM Party Leadership

(JUBA ) -The Governor of Central Equatoria State, Emmanuel Adil Anthony, has issued a series of gubernatorial decrees introducing changes within state government institutions and restructuring leadership within the ruling Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLM) party structures on Monday evening.

The decrees include the relief of some officials, appointment of new leaders, and reinstatement of an administrative officer within the state government.

A. Relief of Officials:

The following officials have been relieved of their duties:

1. Moses Idoru Nyama – Commissioner General, State Revenue Authority

2. Peter Dumo Emmanuel Baya – Deputy Commissioner General, State Revenue Authority

3. Juma Stephen Lugga – Commissioner General, State Insurance Regulatory Authority

4. Capt. Godfrey Data Rembe Guya – Coordinator on Security Affairs, Kajo-Keji County

B. Appointment of New Officials:

The Governor appointed the following officials to serve in various government and party positions:

Government Institutions

1. Franco Mogga Wani – Commissioner General, State Revenue Authority

2. Flora Gabriel Modi – Deputy Commissioner General, State Revenue Authority

3. Emmanuel Juma Diyo – Commissioner General, State Insurance Regulatory Authority

4. Bosco Taban Samuel – Member, State Insurance Regulatory Authority

5. Louis Laku Gabriel – Member, State Insurance Regulatory Authority

Security Affairs Coordination:

6. Zachariah Legge Bero – Coordinator on Security Affairs, Terekeka County
7. Robert Sebit Tobia – Coordinator on Security Affairs, Lainya County

SPLM Party Structures:

8. Christopher Serafino Wani Swaka – Chairperson, SPLM Entrepreneurship League (Central Equatoria State)
9. Jackson Abugo Gama – Chairperson, SPLM Committee for Party Ethics and Discipline
10. Michael Lado Allajabu – Secretary, SPLM Committee for Party Ethics and Discipline
11. Gabriel Lubang Modi – Member, SPLM Committee for Party Ethics and Discipline

C. Reinstatement of Administrative Officer

• Andrew Taban Duku has been reinstated to the State General List of Local Government Administrative Officers under the Ministry of Local Government and Law Enforcement Agency.

The concerned ministry has been directed to adjust the officer’s grade in the Nominal Roll in accordance with Local Government regulations.

Governor Emmanuel Adil Anthony expressed gratitude to the outgoing officials for their service and dedication to the state during their tenure. He also wished the newly appointed officials success in their responsibilities as they take up their new roles in strengthening governance and party structures in Central Equatoria State.
