
UN Team Checks Chinese Contingent Fuel Systems in Wau / PHOTO: Chinese Military Online
(WAU) – The 16th Chinese peacekeeping force serving with the United Nations Mission in South Sudan has passed a special UN inspection on fuel, showing strong logistic standards.
The UNMISS inspection team carried out on site checks at fuel stations, vehicle yards and equipment warehouses at the Chinese contingent’s barracks.
Following a full and detailed inspection process, the Chinese peacekeepers passed with high standards.
The result showed the standardised and careful logistic support capability of the Chinese peacekeepers.
The inspection was reported by Wang Yi, Miao Changhao, Wang Xin and Gao Junwei, with photographs taken by Gao Junwei showing the UNMISS team conducting on site checks at the barracks.
