
Kajo-Keji County Office Receives Two Laptops from MSF/PHOTO CREDITS: County Press
(KAJO-KEJI COUNTY) – Médecins Sans Frontières, also known as MSF-Belgium, has donated two laptop computers to the Office of the Commissioner of Kajo-Keji County.
The handover took place on 25 June 2026 during a brief ceremony attended by county officials and MSF-Belgium representatives.
The donation is meant to improve record management, communication, reporting and other administrative tasks within the Commissioner’s Office.
Officials said the equipment will help the county government serve residents better and manage day to day operations more smoothly.
Commissioner of Kajo-Keji County, Honourable Wani, received the laptops on behalf of the county administration. He thanked MSF-Belgium for its continued support to the people and government of Kajo-Keji. He noted that the computers would greatly help in handling official correspondence, documentation and reporting.
Wani said the county government greatly values the support from MSF-Belgium. He added that the laptops would strengthen administrative capacity and enable effective management of official work. He stated that the county remains committed to strengthening its partnership with humanitarian and development organisations working in Kajo-Keji.
The Commissioner also praised MSF-Belgium for its long contribution to healthcare services in the county. He pointed to the organisation’s support to Kajo-Keji Civil Hospital and primary healthcare facilities across the county.
MSF has been a key partner in restoring and supporting healthcare services in Kajo-Keji since 2023 and has played an important role in improving access to quality medical care for local communities.
Speaking at the handover, MSF-Belgium representatives reaffirmed the organisation’s commitment to supporting communities in Kajo-Keji. They also pledged to continue working with local authorities to ensure effective humanitarian interventions and service delivery.
County authorities gave their assurance that the donated equipment would be used responsibly and effectively for the benefit of the people of Kajo-Keji County.
