Morobo County Welcomes Return of Central Equatoria Governor

(MOROBO COUNTY) – The Commissioner of Morobo County has sent a formal message congratulating Emmanuel Adil Anthony on his reappointment as Governor of Central Equatoria State and as the SPLM Interim Chairperson for the state.
