(JUBA) – The newly appointed Caretaker Minister of Roads, Bridges and Physical Infrastructure in Central Equatoria State, Misuk Moses Mule, has conducted a familiarisation tour of the ministry to strengthen working systems and cooperation among staff.
The tour took place on 6th October 2026.
Misuk was accompanied by the First Director General, Engineer John Bullen, Director of Survey David Diko, and Director of Urban and Public Utilities Samuel Taban.
During the visit, the minister toured various departments where he was formally introduced to the staff.
The Ministry of Roads, Bridges and Physical Infrastructure reported in October 2026 that the tour was aimed at strengthening the working system and collaboration across the ministry.
The familiarisation visit followed a grand welcoming ceremony held at the ministry on 5th October 2026.
The seven newly appointed Caretaker Ministers of Central Equatoria State took the oath of office and formally assumed their responsibilities in the state government.
Misuk officially assumed office as the Caretaker Minister of Roads, Bridges and Physical Infrastructure.
During the welcoming ceremony, the Caretaker Governor of Central Equatoria State, General Augustino Jadallah Kamilo Wani, congratulated Misuk and the other newly sworn in Caretaker Ministers on their appointments and assumption of office.
The Governor urged the new ministers to carry out their duties with transparency, accountability, integrity and commitment to public service.
He stressed the need for the ministers to work diligently to strengthen government institutions and deliver essential services to the people of Central Equatoria State.
The Caretaker Governor also called on the ministers to remain focused on their constitutional responsibilities as the country prepares for the forthcoming general elections. He stressed the importance of responsible leadership during the transitional period.
Misuk was accompanied by the other six sworn in Caretaker Ministers during the welcoming ceremony at the ministry.
The Ministry of Roads, Bridges and Physical Infrastructure reported in October 2026 that the Caretaker Governor appointed ministers to seven state ministries, along with a Caretaker Coordinator for Wonduruba Administrative Payam and a Caretaker Coordinator for Security Affairs in Juba County.
The appointments took effect immediately.
Misuk Moses Mule Enoka was appointed Caretaker Minister of Roads, Bridges and Physical Infrastructure.
The appointment followed the recent merging of the State Ministry of Housing, Lands and Public Utilities and the Ministry of Roads and Bridges into the newly formed Ministry of Roads, Bridges and Physical Infrastructure.
The Caretaker Governor congratulated the newly appointed state officials and conveyed his best wishes to them as they take on their responsibilities during the transition period.
