This follows a violent attack by unknown gunmen on the edges of Morobo Town on Wednesday night. During the incident, a local man named Bidali Emmanuel, who was 21 years old, was shot and killed.

Commissioner Bullen spoke to mourners yesterday afternoon at a funeral service held at the home of the family. He spoke out against the violence and called the act cruel. He urged all armed groups to stop attacking innocent people and instead look for peaceful ways to solve their problems.

The Commissioner said that the main job of the security forces is to protect people and their property. This is especially important now as many people are returning to live in Morobo County.
