(JUBA COUNTY) – Finishing works at the Juba County Headquarters in Kapuri are continuing after the project was launched last week by the Caretaker Commissioner of Juba County, Moulana Kalisto Lado Faustino Nyigilo.
The county office stated that the works aim to complete the county headquarters building.
It said the project will provide an improved working environment for county officials.
The county office also stated that the project will enhance service delivery to the people of Juba County.
The update was issued by the Press Unit of the Office of the Honorable Commissioner, Juba County, on 12th October 2026.
The county office stated that the headquarters project forms part of wider infrastructure activity in Kapuri and surrounding areas of Juba County.
It said the Caretaker Commissioner has been actively inspecting and monitoring several projects in the area in recent weeks.
The county office stated that the Kapuri Bridge project, being implemented by the National Ministry of Roads and Bridges in collaboration with the Juba County Authority, has also been under review by the Commissioner.
It said the National Ministry of Roads and Bridges signed a Design and Build contract with Connect Africa Ltd on 2nd October 2026 for the construction and completion of Kapuri Bridge.
