(JUBA) – President Salva Kiir Mayardit has officially welcomed the newly appointed Press Secretary, Arek Aldo Ajou, calling on her to strengthen the operations of the Presidential Press Unit.
During the reception in Juba on Wednesday, President Kiir congratulated Ms. Arek on her appointment and emphasized the importance of her new role in enhancing communication between the Presidency and the public.
He encouraged the new Press Secretary to foster strong professional relationships with both local and international media institutions. The President underscored the need for clear, transparent, and timely communication to improve public awareness of government programs and national priorities.
