About the Organisation
Solidarités International (SI) is a humanitarian organisation providing life-saving assistance in over 26 countries. Since 2006, SI has worked in South Sudan to deliver emergency and recovery programmes in water, sanitation, hygiene (WASH), and food security.
About the Role
SI is seeking a Finance Coordinator (M/F) to lead its financial and administrative operations in South Sudan. The position is based in Juba with regular field visits.
Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing financial, budgetary, and accounting systems.

Coordinating cash flow, audits, and donor compliance.

Supporting proposal development and financial reporting.

Managing and training the finance team.

Acting as the main financial link between HQ and the field.
This role requires strong technical skills in financial management, audits, and compliance, with proven experience in Excel and accounting software.
Candidate Profile

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Minimum 3–4 years in humanitarian finance.

Strong organisational, leadership, and training skills.

Fluent written and spoken English.

Previous experience in South Sudan is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits

From €2,860 gross/month (including allowance) + USD 700 monthly per diem.

Accommodation, flights, and insurance covered.

Break allowance of USD 850 every 3 months, plus annual rest days.
