Overview
MTN South Sudan is looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join its team in Juba. The successful candidate will lead the planning and execution of engaging social media and digital campaigns to promote the company’s brand, services, and community presence.
This role is open to South Sudanese nationals only. Women are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities

| Digital Campaigns | Design and implement social media marketing strategies. |
| Content Creation | Develop graphics, short videos, and write ups tailored to local audiences. |
| Storyboarding & Scripting | Draft scripts and visual plans for digital campaigns. |
| Media Production | Take high quality photos and videos for online use. |
| Performance Monitoring | Analyse results of campaigns and report on impact. |
| Collaboration | Work with other departments to meet business goals. |
| Trend Awareness | Stay informed on new digital trends and tools. |
Information Security Responsibilities

Follow all internal information security policies.

Report any security concerns to department heads or the Information Security Manager.

Avoid misuse or exploitation of known security issues.

Participate in company-wide information security awareness activities.
Qualifications & Experience
| Requirement | Details |

| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or similar. |
| Work Experience | 2–3 years in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management. |
| Technical Skills | Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent. |
| Communication | Strong verbal and written skills in English. |
| Social Media | Understanding of Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and their analytics. |
| Creativity | Experience with photography, video content, and scripting. |
