Role Overview
CTG is seeking an experienced Network Equipment Support professional to maintain and ensure the reliability of LAN, WAN, and wireless networks in South Sudan. The role requires technical expertise in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Cisco networking equipment, as well as ensuring maximum system uptime.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, access points, and related ICT systems.

• Monitor and manage mission-wide LAN/WAN networks.

• Troubleshoot IP addressing schemes, routing, and subnetting issues.

• Maintain system documentation and provide technical training as needed.

• Provide 24/7 on-call support, especially during emergencies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Minimum 3–8 years of relevant experience (depending on level).

• Certifications: CCNA (required), CCNP (advanced), other IT industry certifications desirable.

• Knowledge of Cisco IOS, routing protocols, VoIP, wireless standards, and security.

• Proficiency with MS Office, Visio, and network monitoring tools.

• Must hold a valid driver’s licence.

• Fluency in English required.
