Role Overview

CTG is building a pre-vetted talent pool of Child Protection Specialists for rapid deployment to humanitarian crises worldwide. The role focuses on protecting vulnerable children through direct interventions, community support, training, and coordination with international partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement child protection programmes including Family Tracing & Reunification (FTR), safe spaces, and psychosocial support.

• Establish case management systems and ensure compliance with safeguarding standards.

• Train and build capacity of partners on CPiE, safeguarding, and information systems (e.g., CPIMS+).

• Coordinate with governments, NGOs, and working groups to strengthen child protection systems.

• Conduct risk assessments, document violations, and report in line with international standards.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, human rights, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Child Protection in Emergencies (CPiE).

• Strong expertise in case management, child protection risk analysis, and emergency response.

• Proficiency in CPIMS+ and monitoring systems.

• Fluency in English; Arabic, French, or Spanish an asset.
