About ZOA Dorcas
ZOA Dorcas supports people affected by conflict and disasters. Active in South Sudan since 2022, our programmes focus on Food Security & Livelihoods, WASH, Education, Peacebuilding, and Entrepreneurship. We work in Jonglei, Bahr El Ghazal, Warrap and the Greater Pibor Administrative Area, aiming for integrated, inclusive, and sustainable solutions.
The Role
The Manager of Programme Quality (MPQ) ensures that ZOA Dorcas projects in South Sudan are designed, implemented, and evaluated to the highest standards. The role supports programme teams, strengthens monitoring and learning systems, and develops strong donor proposals.
Key Responsibilities

Lead programme quality, planning, and compliance.

Develop and oversee MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) systems.

Support donor engagement, proposal writing, and partner capacity building.

Strengthen knowledge management, reporting, and data analysis.

Represent ZOA Dorcas with donors, partners, and clusters.

Supervise staff and contribute to strategic leadership as part of the Country Management Team.
Candidate Profile
-
University degree in humanitarian, development or related field.

At least 3 years’ field experience in fragile contexts.

Proven skills in MEAL, research, and proposal development.

Strong leadership, writing, and analytical skills.

Willingness to travel up to one-third of the time.
