Position Overview:
CTG is seeking a skilled ICT End User HW/SW Support professional to provide technical assistance across field offices in South Sudan. Reporting to the Digital Solution Supervisor, the role involves providing first-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and network infrastructure, resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and supporting users with productivity tools.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support for computers, peripherals, and mobile devices.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and Windows OS issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and new user workstations.

Assist users with email, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and SAP accounts.

Support network installations, troubleshooting connectivity issues, cabling, and wireless access.

Record, dispatch, and track incidents using the UN-adopted CRM system.

Perform routine system maintenance and preventive care.

Provide field office support and other ICT-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Diploma in Information Technology or related field required; Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering is desirable.

Minimum 3 years of relevant ICT support experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.

National of South Sudan with a valid driver’s license and ability to drive a manual vehicle.

Prior experience in UN peacekeeping operations is an advantage.

Excellent communication, organisational, and client service skills.
