
Emmanuel Christian University Announces Agriculture Programme Intake/Handout Photo
(YEI RIVER COUNTY) – Emmanuel Christian University has announced that enrolment is ongoing for its Bachelor of Science in Agriculture programme as part of the January 2026 intake, offering students an opportunity to pursue studies in a sector that remains important to South Sudan’s economy and food systems.
The university said agriculture plays a major role in livelihoods and food production across South Sudan, where many communities depend on farming and land based activities. It noted that training in agriculture can contribute to food security and wider economic development when supported by skilled professionals.
