(JUBA) – MTN South Sudan has launched a new product called the Home Starter Pack, aimed at improving internet access for households across the country. This new solution is designed to support activities such as web browsing, video streaming, online education and gaming.
The Home Starter Pack is priced at 350,000 South Sudanese Pounds (SSP), which is approximately $75.27 USD at the official exchange rate of 1 USD = 4,650 SSP (as of June 2025).
The pack includes a free router and comes with 20 gigabytes (GB) of data, making it a complete home internet solution for new users.

MTN South Sudan is encouraging customers, particularly in Juba, to visit any of its nearby service centres to purchase the new WiFi pack.
The company says this initiative is part of its wider goal to promote digital inclusion and support home based internet usage.
With internet access still a challenge in many parts of South Sudan, MTN’s new bundle aims to simplify the connection process and make it more affordable for families and individuals.
The Home Starter Pack is suitable for both first time internet users and households looking to upgrade their current connectivity.
Details regarding data top up options after the 20GB is used have not been released but users can inquire directly at MTN stores for ongoing subscription plans or add on data offers.
