(JUBA/TEREKEKA COUNTY) – Central Equatoria State Governor Emmanuel Adil has directed Terekeka County Commissioner, Hon. Emmanuel Loku Lodu, to maintain peace and security in the county, emphasising its importance for ongoing development initiatives.
During a briefing on Monday, Commissioner Lodu updated Governor Adil on the status of local projects, including the Tali International Airport. He also reported that security in the county remains stable, allowing residents to continue with their daily activities without disruption.
Governor Adil commended the commissioner for his efforts in preserving order and assured him of continued state support. He emphasised that sustained peace and security are critical to accelerating development projects, improving service delivery, and fostering economic growth in Terekeka County.
A statement from the Central Equatoria State Government Press Unit CESGPU siad the governor’s remarks indicate the ongoing focus of Central Equatoria State authorities on strengthening governance, maintaining public order, and supporting infrastructure and social projects across the counties.
