Yei River County Gets New Commissioner

(JUBA/YEI) – The leadership of Yei River County has changed following a Presidential decree from H.E. Gen. Salva Kiir Mayardit. Hon. Samuel Malimbo Batali has been appointed as the new Commissioner, replacing Hon. Emmanuel Taban Seme.

The Office of the Commissioner expressed gratitude to Hon. Taban Seme for his service and leadership during his tenure. It also extended best wishes to Hon. Batali as he takes up his new role serving the people of Yei River County.

Authorities have pledged to ensure a smooth transition in line with national and state directives. Further updates will be issued by the Office in due course.
